Portal With Your Website?

I am introducing ‘Customer Portals’ as a new service to new clients when they have their website built via Marketing Bugle (or they can be purchased separately).

This new service, Bugle Portals, can be turned into anything you need for YOUR customers on your WordPress-built website.  If you haven’t got a WordPress website, one can be built for you to host your own customer portal for your clients.

What do they do?

Basically, a portal can be a one-stop resource for your own business or for your own customers to benefit from.  Inside you can create (or I can create for you) sections for your subscribed customers to visit. They have a username and password and can sign in at any time.

You may have their invoices receipts stored for their records, sections with information that they can consume or download etc., support info, videos, audio, download links, forms, spreadsheets, in fact, ANYTHING that will work online including the ability for them to upload documents to their own portal for you to check out and so on.

As an example, I have built one for my radio show downloads where radio stations can log in, download the latest recordings, upload their station logos and links and where I can create a ‘news update’ video for them all to view.  They can also download my own media files to promote my radio show.  This is just one scenario, however, you can neatly arrange for ANY sections or phases to display inside your customer’s membership portal.  The sky’s the limit.
